The Sauna

Yet another essential spot for us. An ideal place to sit and unwind after your day, in our pine-clad wood-fired sauna.

We really crank this one up - and the cold showers are directly opposite for instant contrasting relief! Copious amounts of water and essential oils are always on hand and an ideal compliment to the sauna experience. Sit in here on your own or with pals and let those aches and pains drift away whilst held in a warm blanket of oil scented air... ooh, see - it even gets me all poetic! Once again, all the wood chopping and fire preparation is done by us - all you have to do is turn up.
